Rinpoche was asked participate in a conference at Gyu-me Monastery to celebrate 600 years since Lama Tsong Khapa gave his student Je Sherab Senge the responsibility to preserve the tantra teachings, which also lead to the founding of Gyu-me Monastery.
Rinpoche is now at Sera Jey where a Long Life Puja for His Excellence Jetsun Lobsang Tenzin, the 104th Gaden Tripa, throne holder of Gelugpa tradition, was offered on behalf of the monastery’s abbot, former abbots, tulkus, Geshes, sangha members and associates of the monastery.
